- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 medium orange, peeled, cut in half
- ½ large Granny Smith apple, seeded
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
- 2 cups ice cubes
Directions
Place ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Select SMOOTHIE setting, or blend on MANUAL slowly increasing the speed to eventually get to MANUAL/SPEED 10, blending until smooth.
