This toaster is so pretty-but after paying $350 for a two-slice toaster I was disappointed to have my slices of toast or English muffins constantly get stuck, and to the point where often I need to unplug and extract the slice, breaking it apart. I dislike this toaster but William Sonoma won’t take it back without the box (which I threw out) and because I waited too long to return it.

I really like this toaster! It makes perfectly even toast every time and feels solid and well-made. The controls are simple, and the crumb tray makes cleanup easy. My only minor complaint is that it’s a bit bulky on the counter, but that’s a small trade-off for how well it performs. Overall, great quality and worth it if you have the counter space!

The Lotus toaster is hands down one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It's sleek looking, easy to operate and fast. I have been using it to toast bread and bagels fresh or from frozen. Unfortunately, it doesn't toast evenly on both sides of the slice. I have tried twerking the settings and using different slice sizes but I don't think the heating elements are calibrated equally.

This is a beautiful toaster! The versatility is great and the design makes for easy cleaning. It makes the perfect bagel! Crisp on the inside and chewy on the outside!
