Lotus Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Lotus order, you may return your product(s) within 60 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.


  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products must be in their original, working condition (as determined at Lotus’s sole discretion).


  • A valid proof of purchase from lotuscooking.com is required.

  • For gift returns received within 60 days of the original transaction, a Lotus e-gift card will be issued for the amount paid by the purchaser.
