Lotus Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your Lotus order, you may return your product(s) within 60 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Items must include all original packaging and accessories.
Products must be in their original, working condition (as determined at Lotus’s sole discretion).
A valid proof of purchase from lotuscooking.com is required.
For gift returns received within 60 days of the original transaction, a Lotus e-gift card will be issued for the amount paid by the purchaser.
